Payment, deposits, and project adjustments
Regarding payments, deposits, and any changes to your van conversion project, transparency is key. Invoices for our services will be sent out promptly via email or a convenient WhatsApp link. We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking and commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Any proposed changes to the project scope during the build will be discussed and agreed upon in writing, with potential adjustments to cost and timelines clearly communicated.
Cancellations, issues, and resolution
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy states that 0% of the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and materials ordered. In the event of an unexpected problem or dispute during the van conversion process, we are committed to finding a fair and amicable resolution. Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, ensuring a clear legal framework for all our agreements.

1. About Us
LPC Van conversions supplies van windows sourced through trusted UK trade suppliers. We supply van windows for a wide range of makes and models for camper conversions, day vans and work vans.
2. Product Information
All van windows supplied are vehicle-specific and suitability depends on the van make, model, year and window position.

Window size, tint and style may vary by vehicle
We confirm compatibility before supply
We recommend customers ensure all van details provided are accurate.
3. Compatibility & Fitment
We take reasonable steps to confirm the correct window for your van based on the information you provide.
However:
Responsibility for providing accurate vehicle details lies with the customer
We are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information
All windows are supplied subject to confirmation of compatibility.
4. Pricing & Quotes
All prices are provided on a quotation basis

6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are estimates and depend on supplier availability.
Customers are advised to:

7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of van windows:
Special-order or vehicle-specific windows are non-returnable
Returns may only be accepted where agreed in advance
Any approved returns must be unused and in original packaging
Return approval is at our discretion and may be subject to supplier terms.
8. Warranty
Van windows are supplied with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation
Damage caused during fitting
Modification or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims are handled in line with supplier policies.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
